有關(guān)2023年度企業(yè)和代表處年度報(bào)告通知
根據(jù)《外國企業(yè)常駐代表機(jī)構(gòu)登記管理?xiàng)l例》、《企業(yè)信息公示暫行條例》、《關(guān)于做好2023年度年報(bào)公示工作》和國家工商管理總局的有關(guān)規(guī)定，2023年12月31日前在本市登記設(shè)立的企業(yè)法人、非法人企業(yè)、分支機(jī)構(gòu)、在中國境內(nèi)從事生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營活動(dòng)的外國（地區(qū)）企業(yè)于2024年1月1日起至2024年6月30日向市場監(jiān)督管理部門進(jìn)行社會(huì)公示。逾期未公示的，工商行政機(jī)關(guān)將依法予以處罰，將其載入經(jīng)營異常名錄或標(biāo)注為經(jīng)營異常狀態(tài)，并通過上海市企業(yè)信用信息公示系統(tǒng)向社會(huì)公示，直至吊銷登記證。
2023年12月31日前在本市登記設(shè)立的外國企業(yè)常駐代表機(jī)構(gòu),于2024年3月1日至2024年6月30日，提交2023年度報(bào)告。
*注：存續(xù)證明提交所屬國公證機(jī)關(guān)的公證材料和當(dāng)?shù)赜袡?quán)機(jī)關(guān)簽發(fā)的附加證明書(如海牙認(rèn)證）。

Annual Report Notification of
Enterprises and Rep. Offices for 2023
In accordance with the Regulations on the Registration and Administration of Resident Representative Offices of Foreign Enterprises, the Provisional Regulations on the Publicity of Enterprise Information, the Publicity of Annual Reports in 2023 and the relevant provisions of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce, Enterprise legal persons, unincorporated enterprises, branches and foreign (regional) enterprises engaged in production and operation activities in China registered in Shanghai before December 31th, 2023 shall be publicized to the market supervision and management department from January 1st, 2024 to June 30th, 2024.If it fails to publicize within the time limit, government will punish it according to law, record it in the list of abnormal operations or mark it as abnormal operations, and publicize it to the society through the Shanghai Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System until the registration certificate is revoked.
The Rep. Offices of foreign enterprises registered in Shanghai before December 31th, 2023 shall submit the annual report of 2023 from March 1st, 2024 to June 30th, 2024.
* Note: Good standing shall submit the notarization documents issued by the notary office and the additional certificate (such as APOSTILLE).
